What treatment involves

Three stages most patients move through.

Thorough assessment

History, symptom review, and a physical assessment focused on pelvic floor function. We explain before we do anything; internal exam only if it fits your case and you agree.

Personalized treatment

Hands-on treatment, retraining, biofeedback if useful, exercises, and relaxation strategies matched to what we find.

Education & empowerment

Between visits you get concrete homework: pacing, exercise progressions, and strategies to use at home.

Pelvic health FAQ

What people usually ask before they come in.

What happens during a pelvic health physiotherapy assessment?

Nirali reviews your symptoms and medical history, then completes an external assessment and, only if appropriate and with full consent, an internal pelvic floor muscle assessment. Everything is explained as you go.

Is pelvic health physiotherapy only for women?

No. We treat women, men, and children. That includes men dealing with leakage after prostate surgery or pelvic pain.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on your condition. Many people notice meaningful progress within roughly four to eight visits; more complex cases may take longer. You should leave the first visit with a clearer plan.

Do you offer prenatal and postnatal care?

Yes. That covers prep before birth and support after delivery, adjusted to how you are healing and what you want to work on.
